5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.99% uptime, service availability may be affected by carrier issues, network problems, or force majeure events. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our A2P service for:

Sending unsolicited or spam messages.

Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior.

Violating any applicable laws or carrier guidelines.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate messaging services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
